Placing your Order
On placing an order with Salon Hair Secrets, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address that you have supplied. This will contain your order details, the prices of all items in the order, the delivery charge and method of delivery. If any goods you have ordered are delayed or out of stock, you will be advised of this via email and will be given the option to cancel part or all of the order.
Deliveries
Salon Hair Secrets will dispatch goods within the UK ONLY. Deliveries will be made within 3 to 7 working days. Goods can be delivered to your home or work address. An alternative delivery address such as a work address must have a company name that matches the postcode provided. A signature may be required for some items and in the unlikely event that your goods are late (more than 7 working days of placing your order), please check for cards left by the Royal Mail. A signature for registered items at the delivery address accepts the goods delivered into your care, and is confirmation that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. For this reason, you should always refuse damaged, leaking or incomplete packages.
Damaged Goods
Refunds can only be given on damaged goods when we have been notified within 48 hours of receiving the goods; so please carefully inspect your goods immediately. All damaged goods must be returned before a replacement or refund can be given.
Salon Hair Secrets will not pay compensation or refund postage should your delivery arrive late; (more than 7 working days after placing your order). Your feedback on delivery times is always appreciated to help us evaluate and improve our services.
Returns Policy
Unused, unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days after receiving the goods. A refund will be given provided that they are in ‘as new’ condition, with ALL original packaging and are suitable for resale. Unwanted goods will always be refunded less postage costs.
You are always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. Please send returns recorded or special delivery with a covering letter. Postage is only refunded when goods are returned and proved to be faulty.
